Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Agentic Vibe Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agentic Vibe provides an AI-powered automation platform that generates cinematic video listings from user-provided images and textual prompts for real estate and business use.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Intellectual Property Rights (Ownership)

• User Input: You retain all ownership rights to the images and prompts you provide.
• Generated Output: You own the final video content generated by our Service based on your input. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the generated content for commercial or personal purposes.
• Service IP: Agentic Vibe retains ownership of the underlying AI models, algorithms, and website code.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including generating content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third party's rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Agentic Vibe does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Video quality depends on the input images provided.

7. Content Availability (Video Links)

Final video content is delivered via an external link (e.g., YouTube). We are not responsible for the uptime or content removal policies of the third-party hosting service. Once delivered, you should download and archive the content.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Agentic Vibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the disputed Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through confidential arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
